Ira Sachs is a filmmaker. His previous features include Love is Strange (2014), Keep the Lights On (2012), and Forty Shades of Blue (2005)—winner of Sundance Film Festival’s Dramatic Grand Jury Prize. His short, Last Address (2010), honouring a group of New York artists who died of AIDS, has been included in the permanent collections of the Whitney Museum and MoMA.
