Pradip Kurbah is a filmmaker, producer, and pioneer of the art in his home state – Meghalaya, India, producing films in various local dialects. He has directed more than 150 music videos in different languages. His feature films, Ri – Homeland of Uncertainty (2013) and Onaatah – Daughter of the Earth (2015), both won the National Award for Best Feature Film in Khasi.
